Making Cranes at IUPUI

There is a Japanese saying that if you make 1000 cranes you will be granted a wish for health or well-being. As one of our ways of showing support for what is happening in Japan, Appalachian State started a campaign to write prayers on 1000 pieces of origami paper, and to make those into cranes to send to show our Japanese friends affected by the recent tragedies there that we are praying for them and support them. Other campuses in the great lakes region are getting involved in this as well, and we made some cranes at IUPUI for Bridges. Here are some pictures of that.
